About Pastor Frank Alioto
Pastor Frank Alioto is originally from the Bay Area in California where he served as the Pastor to Youth at Hope Center Covenant Church for 20 years. His wife and three children moved to the Kenai Peninsula in 2009 and are excited to be a part of what God is doing here.
